DA Technology resumes liquidation trading after court rejects delisting appeal
The Kosdaq-listed firm will undergo a two-week liquidation period after failing to overturn its delisting decision.

DA Technology said Monday it will resume liquidation trading later this week after a court rejected its lawsuit to invalidate a delisting decision. The ruling confirms the company must undergo a mandatory liquidation period from September 23 to October 6.
The company reported export sales accounted for 89.7 percent of total revenue in the first half of 2026, up from 1.4 percent a year earlier. The half-year order backlog stood at 5.31 billion won, down 43 percent from the beginning of the period.
A single client accounted for 26.65 percent of sales, while another major customer contributed only 1 million won during the same six-month stretch. The company, which specializes in automated equipment for secondary battery assembly and activation processes, completely halted research and development spending in the first half of 2026, dropping to zero from 440 million won a year earlier.
