Samsung E&A contract worth 19 billion won
The interior-construction contract for a Pyeongtaek complex-building project is scheduled to end on May 30, 2028.
A 19 billion won ($13.4 million) contract with Samsung E&A covers finishing work on the Ph1 Pyeongtaek Electronic P5 complex-building project in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province.
The agreement began on the 14th and covers Package B of interior construction. It is scheduled to end on May 30, 2028.
The contract equals 10.7 percent of the contractor's most recent revenue of 177 billion won ($125 million). Samsung E&A's most recent revenue was 9.03 trillion won ($6.38 billion).
The cleanroom business is affected by Samsung and SK's planned investments to expand new semiconductor production lines. The company specializes in uninterrupted cleanroom construction for semiconductor and OLED plants, as well as finishing, interior and system-partition work.
In the first half of 2026, its professional-construction segment generated 70.6 billion won ($49.9 million) from cleanroom, partition and interior work, accounting for about 66.5 percent of consolidated revenue of 106 billion won ($75 million).
It is carrying out construction at Samsung Electronics semiconductor facilities in Pyeongtaek and SK hynix semiconductor facilities in Yongin. It is continuing to strengthen cooperative relationships with Samsung E&A and other major construction companies.
